Trần Thị Thúy Quỳnh (thành viên, IEEE SPS) sinh năm 1979, đã nhận bằng cử nhân, thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ tại Trường Đại học Công nghệ, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội (VNU-UET) vào năm 2001, 2005 và 2016. Từ năm 2009, TS. Quỳnh là cán bộ nghiên cứu tại Khoa Điện tử – Viễn thông, VNU-UET. Lịch vực nghiên cứu quan tâm gồm: thiết kế anten và các cấu kiện cao tần, xử lý tín hiệu mảng, và an ninh mạng.
