    ISCIT symposium, Sep 25-27, 2019, Ho Chi Minh city

    The 19th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2019) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. ISCIT 2019, under the technical sponsorship of the IEEE, will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to exchange and discuss new ideas, recent development, and breakthroughs in IoT, communications and information technologies.

    ISCIT 2019 is jointly organized by the VNU University of Engineering and Technology (VNU-UET) of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), the Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and the Journal of Information and Communication Technology (JoICT) both of Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC).
