    IEEE approved IEEE SPS Vietnam Chapter proposed by AVITECH

    On March 17th, 2021, the IEEE Signal Processing Society (abbreviated as IEEE SPS), a society member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (abbreviated as IEEE), approved the establishment of a local IEEE Signal processing chapter in Vietnam (IEEE SPS Vietnam Chapter) proposed by the Advanced Institute of Engineering and Technology (AVITECH), VNU-UET.
